• Academic qualification of trainers in addition to professional and practical experience in the same field of training
• Attention to contracting with trainers who have international professional professional certificates
• They have great experience in the training process and the method of delivering and delivering information
• High ability to deal with different types of trainees
• The ability to analyze the training needs of the participants to develop a training curriculum that achieves their goals
• Using training methods, applications, practical activities and creating a spirit of participation during the training process
• Being able to prepare training packages effectively, with the need to constantly update them according to new developments
• Ensuring the coach's personal appearance, behavior, charisma and ability to influence the trainees
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the trainer's information and data pertaining to the participants during the training process
• Commitment to the dates of the training program, as well as the use of terminology and languages ​​according to the desire of the participants
