Training Methodology

Before training

  • Analyze and identify the training needs of the participants in order to raise their efficiency at work.
  • Identify the objectives of the training program and the expectations of the participants to improve their skills and behaviors.
  • Determine the schedule of the training program.
  • Choosing a specialized trainer for the training program according to the standards and in line with the aspirations and needs of the participants.
  • Preparing and preparing the necessary scientific materials and activities.
  • Review the content of scientific materials and practical exercises with trainers and specialists.
  • Assign a supervisor for the training program to provide full support.
  • Preparing the pre-test to measure the trainees' initial level to achieve the best results.
  • Preparing the appropriate training environment for the in-person sessions and the necessary tools, as well as preparing the virtual platforms for e-training.

 


During training

  • Continuously follow up on the progress of the training program during the training days and ensure that the goals are periodically achieved.
  • Continuously evaluate the trainer and the participants during the training days to ensure the quality of the training outputs is ensured.
  • Ensure the use of hands-on activities, exercises, tools, workshops and training films.
  • Assist the participants in solving their technical and technical problems in the virtual sessions to ensure the quality of sound and image transmission and the possibility of interaction and participation.
  • Post-test is done at the end of the training program.
  • Conducting the final evaluation of the training program, which includes the content, material, trainer, training environment and electronic platforms.
  • Taking pictures and snapshots during the training program.

After training

  • Review the results of the final evaluation of the program and review the evaluation to ensure the quality of the outputs.
  • Ensure that the results of the training program are achieved as expected, and determine the impact of the training on the participants.
  • Communicate with the participants and ensure that the desired results are achieved for them.
  • Review the trainer's evaluation of the interaction and participation of trainees and raise it to companies and organizations.
  • Making final reports that include all the course of the program using tools and graphs.
  • Sending certificates to participants in accordance with the center's attendance policy.
  • Communication and continuous follow-up after training with institutions and companies.
