Evaluation methodology
Kirk Patrick Model
The Kirkpatrick Learning Assessment Model has been in use for more than 50 years, and it is one of the best methods of evaluating training courses globally, as most global training providers use it to measure the success of their courses using four important evaluation levels:
- Interaction: Did the participants enjoy the training?
To measure the trainee's satisfaction with the course by observing their participation, interaction and contribution during the training.
- Learning: Was the learning process effective?
To measure access to information, we use several measurement methods, including testing the trainees before and after training and comparing the results.
- Behavior: Are the trainees working better?
To measure the improvement in the performance of trainees in their workplace after training
- Results: Have the companies' results improved after the training?
To measure the extent of improvement in the performance of institutions and their financial return
